Bernard Dunne visited 5th and 6th Class yesterday. He talked to the classes about his career, goals and how they can achieve whatever they set their minds too. He was very helpful and generous with his time. They got photographs taken with him afterwards.

Yellow Flag Developments!!!
The Yellow Flag Committee are organising an Intercultural Week after the June bank holiday. Each class will have to do projects on two countries. There will be different activities on during Intercultural Week. Each day every class will take part in something. We are looking for parents or relatives to help out during this week. If anyone is interested please contact the school; help is very much appreciated. The next step for the Yellow Flag is for the classes to think of a slogan or rap to represent the diversity in our school.
Fun in the School Garden!
Fifth Class took full advance of the sunshine this week. They enjoyed eating their lunch in the school garden on Wednesday. It was also Tanya's birthday. She brought in party bags for the class and we had a party in the garden.
Parachute Games!
5th Class played some parachute games in PE last week. They enjoyed games such as popcorn, cat/mouse and duck, duck, goose. The class loved these games. This week they will dodge ball in the sunshine!
